Noel is a published author of books and short stories, and a writer for Black Belt Magazine. Having studied Chinese and Japanese martial arts, as well as Qigong, Noel draws on those experiences to write hard-hitting martial arts fiction and non-fiction. His first novel, “The Lady Dragon of Chinatown” was published this year.
